The tram service was right outside the hotel. The parking was free on the street.

When I arrived there was a English speaking person but I never saw him again and no one else spoke English. The breakfast was really bad no choices just bread butter and jam. The room was so dark especially in the bathroom. Bring a fan because the room was so hot.

The location was great since it was near the Atomium. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast included was a real treat. Definately great value for your money.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the trams ran past it constantly, so the noise was a bit of an issue.

It was extremely noisy and was impossible to sleep. Double room is also much better than a single one, which is tiny.

The room had recently received a makeover into a contemporary design. The ensuite bathroom was modern and of a high standard. The owner was in the process of updating the rest of the hotel to the same standard. It will be very nice when it's finished.

The internet wifi at the hotel was not 100% reliable — it required that I reboot my computer a couple of times instead of just re-linking to the network.

I arrived very late but the key was available for me - nice and clean, comfortable, breakfast

I liked the breakfast, good bread and good pastries. Hotel staff.

My stay was good apart from these 2 things: 1) Late arrival, the paper mentioned a room number that was not mine so I tried to insert the key in an occupied room. The person inside kinda panicked and knocked the door from inside to let me know I was not at the right door. Hem sorry. 2) The soap bottles were almost not usable, I even tried to jumb on the bottle to get some soap out and try to wash me. I could wash my hands and take a shower but it has not been easy... They should verify that all is working in the room. + nothing to hang clothes.

reception was friendly, breakfast ok too

wifi internet did not work all the time, cleaning lady knock the door at 8 am(!) very noice trams under my window

Staff is great!!! It almost compensates for the rest. Breakfast is simple but efficient. Room is clean. Very relaxed 'rules'. Walking distance from the 'Atomium'

Lots of noise from outside as well from other rooms, so no isolation. Looking at the pictures maybe I was just unlucky with my room, the others looks nicer. Internet sign falls constantly, and there's no small kitchen in every room as stated.Nowhere close by to eat during the night, and just a small shop around the corner for water supply etc. Price is not fair, at least not for the room I got.

Friendly Professional Staff , Clean room, nice design, Free Internet Access, OK Breakfast

the pillows were comfy and the room clean - nothing else!

no reception area, no reception check in, nothing in room e.g. a glass for a drink or coffee making facilities, no restaurant, scruffy, paint peeling, had no idea how to get a taxi to town, no notice board etc and had to ring owner to find out as the one breakfast room staff person did not speak French, Dutch or English. It was awful

Service was ok, wlan free, location optimal for my purpose (close to Expo)

Appartment Hotel: there should be a note in the booking information that normally reception is only staffed after 13:00 (early arrival difficult).

I wen't to a conference at Brussel Expo, and the hotel was conveniently located 10 min walks away. The rooms were fine and the staff was friendly.

The noise and tremor from the tram was disturbing during the night. Earplugs are a necessity.

  • Couple
    7.4

The staff were friendly, the room was clean.

It was very hot cause I went during summer and there was no air-conditioning in the room. Also the trams were pretty noisy, but we got used to it.

    Breakfast Room

Work in progress, small compact room, fixtures need securing - shower head, door handle. Breakfast, ran out of bread early in the session.

  • Single
    7.0

Easy accessable by car and close to ring highway. Tram in front of the door to go into city center.

There's not much to do in the area around the hotel. Front side rooms are a bit noicy because of the tram running in the street.
